went to yishun to look for prawny... he was really shocked and surprised. when i told him initially, he didn't believe me coz i only do sweet things like once a year? haha... of course he was v v happy. ^^

so first was north point, then headed to novena after that....

there was adidas sale... we both bought shoes....

it is always shopping and eating on weekends...

i feel i have changed so much.
been already working for nearly 1 year.... so much to say, so much feelings inside me, yet as always, just can't put them into words.
i'm awed by how much perseverance i've got to stay in my job till now.
sales quota and all.... it's not easy to keep up with it every month.
struggles... frustrations... irritations... frequent thoughts of just running away and quit...
but yet... i somehow love my job too. i like the nature of the work.... reading loads of resumes each day, interviewing ppl of varying ages and personality, matching ppl up to suitable jobs, seeing how grateful or happy one is to get their desired job... where it makes me feel my effort is paid off.
used to wonder why i took up econs and finance.... i think i like HR... so probably i'll be in this line for the rest of my life? LOl... yea... don't know what the future will be like for me anyway... just taking one step at a time. the feeling of growing older is unpleasant. having to shoulder more responsibilities and plan for the future.

played the arcade basketball game yesterday at bedok point with Mr G. it was so fun and really good way of de-stressing! though my arms ached like hell... and kind of sprain my neck too... coz we played like 15 games? haha...

also went to bugis street and bought 2 dresses, one sweater, and one box of eyelashes.
the eyelash cost me $30! usually i buy other brands for just $10... just because the sales girl told me this is made of silk, so i just bought it without even thinking. now abit regret, coz like not much difference from what i usually use leh... :(
and i got my exfoliating wash and sunblock for face with SPF 50 from watsons. i have never included sunblock in my face care regime, but after hearing my colleague, cherise say how important sunblock is to prevent ageing and pigmentation, i really gotta start using it daily.

yippee! me have a new pink lap top and a pink wireless mouse today. Mr G bought it for me. although is not my money i also feel v bu she de to get it... but he still buy for me nevertheless. happy much! the pink is hot pink really damn nice and love it to the max. will take a pic of it soon and share it with you peeps here.
although tmr is work again and u know how much i dread to work. but at least i have something nice to look forward to when i get home. oh mann.... i really dread work, esp things r not going very smoothly now. have been emo-ing lots for the past week and it was made worse coz it's the time of the month.

1) i'm determined to exercise once every week.... and i'm given incentive to do so! he promise to buy a piece of dress/top/clothes if i at least jog a reasonable distance.
2) bought 6 books from popular recently and i'm now reading one called child C. Honestly speaking, i don't enjoy reading it but somehow there is something about the book that made me carry on... and i'm halfway thru it. it's about child abuse, and how the foster mummy illtreat the children she adopted to eat shit and drink vomit, drink bleach and washing liquid, hit their foot using the chair leg etc... it's awefully gruesome. and it's a real life story that is depicted by one of the children that managed to survive the ordeal.
3) slacking at home during weekends is love. the long hours at work drains and sucks all my vitality away.
4) i just bought a couple of clothes online... it's just too convenient.
5) i'm quite lost at work now, not too sure about my direction in life... money is more important or being happy?
6) gabriel is still being very good to me, or maybe even better. he always make me feel like a princess --> sounds annoying i know.... but it's true.
7) i bought a sweet pinky 'precious moments' bible for myself 2 weeks ago... it was on sale. tried to discipline myself to read
8) god has been great. although work is not all that smooth sailing, but i believe it will pick up and be better. always trust and believe. sometimes we just got to be patient.
9) i have been learning to be more forgiving towards others... learning to forget all the unhappy and remember the good of others. but sometimes it's hard, coz humans are born with the tendency to sin. just something random here : the tongue is the most wicked part of us, coz it is used often to criticize others, to curse and swear. i'm learning to control what i say or the words that come out of my mouth.
10) have been sleeping late recently, and my eyes feel kind of blurry... it's time for an eye-sight check up!

zoo outing last sat

went to the zoo last sat. finally the plan was carried out after much delay. as finally i'm having 2 days leave on mon & tues. then wed gotta work half day, and it will be the long cny break/ so its just time to let loose and rid work outta my mind!

on the way to mandai early in the morning...

was a little sleepy thou...

this time round had the comfort of being in the car with much shorter travelling time.

3 years ago, went with zhiren, and as both of us lived in the east, and he had no car, so took a 1 hour train ride that made me almost puked. and as a result made me a little unwell for the rest of the day.

anyway that was the past la huh...

now i have good life already.

hehe.

filled our stomach first with toast and eggs after buying the tickets.

he purchased the one with tram rides and boat rides...

start of the animal visit....

managed to take a few shots of the animal above, and it started raining.

and throughout the day, it rain and stop and rain and stop.

a bit spoil mood huh.

while waiting for the rain to stop, decided to settle lunch first, although we just had breakfast lik 1/2 hour ago?

1. I'm working at recruit express now in the banking and finance division
2. I started working on the 5th of august 2010
3. My mentor is melody and she is my 'mother' at work -- she nags alot at me but is for my own good
4. TIll date, I have helped around 130-150 ppl find jobs - be it contract or perm
5. I have interviewed at least 800 ppl in the past 5 months.
6. I have made at least 30 friends - as in ppl who i even eat lunch with, msn-ed and sms-ed
7. I have received a damn sweet and nice compliment letter from a candidate which truly made me smile. Thanks wilson chua.
8. I have also received gifts from the candidates i helped them to find job and of course thank you messages from them - all these gestures keep me going in my job and motivates me.
9. I have also received 12 movie tickets so far as reward from my work from the company
10. I have cried before, at least 5 times so far when at work, coz of conflicts or when things are not going smoothly. - nothing shocking coz i tear easily anyway.
11. TIll date, I have enjoyed many priviledges like 1 company buffet lunch at THE LINE at shangri la, 1 division buffet dinnner at the MELTZ and 1 team dinner at the japanese restaurant at CUPPAGE PLAZA (forgot the name of the restaurant).
12. I have shifted my seat once in the office
13. IT is terribly cold in the office that i wear between 3-4 layers of clothes at work. - i'm not exaggerating!
14. My lunch break is decided by timetable. so it's either 11.30 or 12.30. But i always prefer to take the 12.30 slot as i take heavy breakfast.- too early can't eat.

16. I've met all sorts of ppl and i learn quite abit from the various interviews like where to take excel courses etc...
17. The oldest person i've helped to find job is aged 44.
18. The youngest person i've found job for is aged 16 - Usually the age range is between 19-25.
19. I fell sick at least once a month, and the record was i saw 3 different doctors in december.
20. My work name is not FIONA, coz there is another colleague in my division who has the same name as me. What name i'm using at work is for you to guess! I dont' want to end up being stalked at work. LOL!

it been 3 months since i've been working. I f. miss so many things. i miss blogging, posting all the pics, i miss sleeping at wee hours and waking only in the afternoon. and for some reason, i miss studying, i miss using my brains. i miss all the fun i had going out most of the time. And now, when work eats up 5/7 of the week, i look forward to weekends. but ironically, even going out seems sooo tiring.

recently i've been hanging out at ikea, tampines mall/tampines one, parkway, east coast, and eating at places like astons and manpuku...

right now, i'ma craving for some steamboat.

i know i've been saying this many times but each time i look back i can't help but say that TIME REALLY FLIES. i somehow dread this.

i always wish time could stop by beautiful moments longer....

i realised i have not been touching my blog for half a month! i enjoy working much more than bumming around doing nothing, coz it gives me more fulfilment, though i'm kinda tired out by the long working hours.

last week friday had dinner at waraku, the one at east coast. sat had buffet for lunch, then slack around for the rest of the day. sunday went for shopping at far east, and kfc for dinner.

during work most of the time had lunch with nicole and grace. enjoy both of their company v much! the food at golden shoe food centre is so cheap! but v long queue. i'm going to bathe now, then blogshop a while, then sleep!

signed contract today. i will be starting work on 5th august. soon i will have no more time to idle around, especially the job requires alot of overtime. went for the pre-employment medical check up. i have slightly low blood pressure, and my weight fell again. 38.6 kg is way unacceptable for my height of 161 cm! G wanted to bring me for buffet today coz he want to feed me fat after seeing how i lost weight. but when we went to the place, they told us only weekends have. sad :(

took neo print again today! lazy to upload now. maybe tmr!

when i start work, i will not be blogging anything about my work. To play safe... haha.

the pay is pretty good for a fresh grad! hehehe. thanks to melody who helped me alot throughout all the 5 rounds of interview i've been thru. yay!

and not forgetting prawny G who accompany me for the interview, and medical check up, and contributing alot to the carparks.

sigh...... parking is awefully expensive in singapore.

neoprint I LIKE!

Went to have our neoprint taken today. before that wasn't exactly in a good mood. i told G i so bad mood how to smile when take neoprint? So he buy me 2 bracelets, i felt less moody.
$1.90 each only la. i never bully him! haha.
anyway, the last time i took was in sec 2! and this is the 2nd time i take neoprint. The first time i took wasn't exactly a pleasant experience, as i was still young and nerdy, dint know how to play with the machine. and further more took it with my friends, and the photos came out damn small, as good as never take.

This time round, the first try spent $12, and the same thing happen, coz both of us dont' have the neoprint experience, wasted. Some of the photo was v nice, but so freaking small.

luckily my camera still can capture quite clearly the photos. i took a closed-up photo of the nicer photos.

anyway i ask him spend money take one more time. 2nd time spend $18, for a better one.

today was the first time i ate frolicks. i think nothing very special about it leh. somemore me and G was damn pissed with the girls who are attending the stall.

1. one of the girl was playing with her hair even when we were ordering the frolicks, and she continued sitting down and not bothering about us... she keep on twirling her hair and thought she very chio or what.

2. i saw a fly landing on the toppings displayed. so i kindly told her, thought she will shoo the fly away or something, but apparently she gave us the can't be bothered stare. (fyi, coz of the fly in the toppings, i dare not order frolick with topping, so we went for the normal one).

3. We ordered cup A, and both the girls obviously wasn't listening, somemore we said it twice we wanted cup A, then they still serve us cup B (the bigger serving with topping).

4.after a few minutes, the girl who was playing with her hair (apparently stopped her hair nonsense), and then ended up eating the youghurt in front of customers and not even bothering to serve them, while letting the other girl serve.

seriously tell me, will you get pissed if that happens to u???

It was at cineleisure. We really want to complain!

want to have a more healthy diet and lifestyle so i ate alot of watermelon and cherry tomatoes, and played badminton with G, did a short distance race with him (of course i lost), and also compete who can hop faster.

me and my silly idea - we looked like some kids hopping with one leg, and i set the rule of hop to one end with right leg, and come back hopping with left leg, to and fro twice!

I REALISED I CAN'T HOP WITH MY LEFT LEG!!!

there are 2 kids who saw us, and after that they did the same thing and compete with each other. LOL.

after exercising, i ate cheese and chocolate.

i don't understand why some people are so clumsy that is seems they have loads of grease on their hands which causes them to drop stuff so frequently. It's human to drop things occasionally. but it been so many times. i don't know why. This point irks me alot.

Last saturday (17 July 2010)

The morning downpour and pessimistic weather forecast nearly disconcerted our plans for a picnic at eastcoast! However, we decided not to shelve the plan and boldly went ahead with our picnic despite the rain. Time is running out for gabriel and he's going to ns at the end of the month. He said that god really answer prayers as he prayed for the rain to stop. yes! it did not rain a single bit for the whole afternoon till night, despite that it was forecasted 60% rain for the day.

before that, we went to parkway giant to shop for our picnic neccessities.
first to get is water. so many brands of water, which to choose?

i suddenly had a strong craving for top shell!

top shell or pacific clam. so many choices. i want all!

shopping at supermarket can be very fun too u know! so many things to see. so much food to drool over, especially at giant! got so engrossed in shopping that i chucked the camera aside after that.

so within minutes....

fruits, bread, honey baked ham, apple baked ham, leg ham, black pepper ham, top shell, water, fruits, milk, cheese, chicken leg, container, table cloth, cups, forks and napkins were what we've got!

yay! i was in an ebullient mood when i saw that it was bright yet cooling at east coast! no rain and no hot sun.

weather was awesome!

we didn't get tents as i was v hungry already, can't wait any longer for him to set up the tent.

so we settled for a table cloth, and placed it over a stone bench.

hmm.. how come the photo of him become so flatten???

and we cycled at evening time!

rented the 2 seater bicycle coz i suddenly feel scared to ride a bicycle by myself.

after cycling, i badgered gabriel to bring me see toy catching.

it's damn fun lor! u should try. will get addicted one. the feeling of the toy drop into the hole damn shiock wan!

and after that, u still can choose which toy u want to bring home, dosen't need to be the toy that u catch.

go to east coast one is much better than all the other arcades. we are regulars there already! hehe.

i love to eat dian xin! i think most ppl fav will be the siew mai and har gao.

today have craving for japanese siew mai.

unfortunately, the shop close at 9 pm, and we reached there 9 plus! so we settled for chinese siew mai instead. also just as nice! geylang has alot of nice dian xin!

my area has alot of nice food, but quite dangerous for me to go alone, and it better if there car, coz it dirty and ulu, i don't like walking on dirty streets!

you have been taking care of me too much, until i becoming more and more lazy to do things myself!

It the most lovely thing that you got a car of your own, we can travel to so many places anytime!

good food on the go! that's the best thing!

i think i'm too reliant on the car now. last time without car, i can even walk a distance of 2 mrt stations.

recently, he wanted to save on parking, so he parked at plaza sing carpark, and suggest we should walk from there to orchard. But i die die dont' wan walk, and show a glum face, i rather stay put at plaza sing to eat, then walk that distance, although i'm SICK OF PS already. So he got no choice, but to obliged and drove out of the carpark to 313! he parked at the open space carpark, and got lots of bomb from the birds. =x

moon is very sweet today... she buy for me orange juice, and give me one stick of royce chocolate, and a cute pink furry pen! today i got 2 paper cut, she give me a cute plaster in the shape of a mini t-shirt!

and i got my pay today of $100+

am so happy!

i'm quite vitamin rich today.

coz i drank a bottle of orange juice, eat real orange, one grape, half a strawberry and one peach!

did survey for moon at tao pa yoh for 3 hours.

brought kaisze brother down and intro him this job too.

after that went home and shocked to see my phone bill of $177.71.

after that i got no mood to eat dinner already. initially wanted to skip dinner.

but gabriel won't let me go hungry so he drive all the way down to take me out for dinner.

ate at WITH A PINCH OF SALT cafe.

this time round i had sambal fish.

very nice!

to me it's much nicer than the black pepper chicken i ate the other time.

gabriel had mary's lamb chop.

the lamb smell v strong.

even after eating, he say the smell still lingering in his mouth.

as usual, i tried to eat the lamb chop, but bite until mouth tired, so i will never order a portion and eat it all by myself coz i will get so fed up just chewing and spitting it out.

i feel so poor now :(

gabriel kena erp again, he tried to avoid one by turning another way, but still can't escape.

the suay thing is it just another 5 mins more before the erp switches off.

it happen quite a few times already. we r always entering town few mins too early.

haven't been to marina square for a long time for shopping.

made a trip down today, as the day before yesterday i saw many shops having sale at citylink but no time to walk in and take a look.

marina square parking has cheap parking rates!!

for weekends it's $2.14 for the 1st 2 hours, and $1.07 per hr for the subsequent 2 hours, and only afterwhich, the rates are steeper - $1.07 per 1/2 hour.

we went in for about 5 hours, and was charged the hefty rate for the last hour. parking fee ended up being $7+.

before shopping, must fill our stomach so got energy to walk.

lunched at pasta de waraku.

had a hard time choosing what to eat.

it been some time since i ate here...

oh and there's a 1 for 1 pasta if u have dbs/posb credit or even debit cards.

after much menu flipping, i decided on soup pasta!

initially i chose chicken and mushroom pasta as i told myself to cut down on cholestrol-rich food,

but i really can't resist seafood!

it happen so many times already :(

always end up telling myself i'm still young, and one more serving won't kill right? hmmm .......

so i last min change my order to pasta with mussel, squid and prawn in tomato soup base...

so delicious right!

indeed birds of the same feathers flock together, he loves seafood as much as i do!

so this is his prawn and mushroom pasta.

i always love how dessert completes my meal.

we had macha ice cream with strawberry and vanilla ice-cream and rice balls.

went in miss selfridge, river island, topshop, mango, warehouse and bebe.

i'm aiming a few stuff from these shops, but won't be getting it until i get a job.

after marina square, went to city link to check out the sales...

bought a working black dress for $25 and a blue floral dress for $15.

i also eye-ing on a green floral dress and checkered work dress, but i'm not gonna squander all my $ at once.

after some hours of shopping, gabriel say he feel v tired, so we went to starbucks and have coffee.

after that went back to the carpark and drove the car to raffles city carpark instead.

$2 for first 2 hours. so we limit ourself to shop at raffles city for 2 hours.

at top shop i saw my friend wallace, who is working there.

the last time we met was at lau pa sat to have lunch.

such a long time and i think he grew much taller.

at robinson changing room, before trying out the 3 tops i want to buy...

i take photos not because i love myself,

it's more of remembering what i wear out, and how i dress.

i like clothes alot, i love fashion.

if i have plenty of time, i wan to learn how to design clothes and open a shop by myself and have my own brand.

however, given the circumstances, it dosen't allow me to pursue this interest as it gonna take alot of time and effort.

i gotta live a practical and realistic life.

earn $ and bring my parents to at least an overseas trip.

sometimes one cannot be too selfish.

for dinner, we had astons.

gabriel step on my toes and i got angry, coz he frequently step on my feet or slippers.

my toes become dirty and uncomfortable and insist that he wipe my feet for me.

and he really ask the waiter for paper, went to the toilet and wet the paper, and clean my dirty toes for me.

after that i not angry anymore.

coz how many guys will be willing to do such thing esp when there are ppl looking!

i like the way he put aside his pride to make me happy.

it shows how important i am to him.

i won scrabble again.

yesterday worked for 5 hours conducting surveys at IT fair.

walked till feet aching, even though i never wear heels.

some guys r really friendly,

i'm the surveyor and suppose to be the one asking them questions, but in the end they r the ones talking to me and asking me questions.

after work, me and angela went to marina square mac to have strawberry milkshake.

and gabriel picked me up for dinner.

had sushi and vegetarian sharkfin's soup.

after that, he fetched me home and then he went back home to fetch his mum and sis to airport.

i've been so busy...

mainly out for the past few days, shopping for working clothes, celebrate shareen's early bday, and today work for prudential as PA for moon. the 4 hours work was free and easy. just write bday cards for her clients and arrange receipts.

on sunday, had breakfast at yakun.

i woke up at 10.30 which is a good improvement for me, and past 2 days managed to sleep by 4 am.

shared kaya toast set and french toast set with gabriel.

i felt a little uneasy eating 2 eggs at a go. coz from young i've been educated by my mummy that eggs are extremely high in cholestrol!!!

for me i will usually not eat more than 2-3 eggs in a single week.

i felt very lazy on sunday and i took about 15-20 mins to prepare(including bathe and brushing my teeth), where usually i will take 1 hour.

i did not wear make up at all on my face. only eyeliner on my eyes.

tonight i'm going sleep at 12.30 coz i have something very important on tmr!

Shareen will be leaving to Australia for 1 year and her bday is coming as well.

so me, kaisze and huifen decide to hold a super mini farewell + early bday gathering for her.

i was not feeling well that day had super bad cramps.

almost wanted to tell kaisze i can't make it...

but i really wanted to meet them, so i mustered all my strength to get out of bed.

thanks to huifen for giving me the pink panadol... i felt slightly better after swallowing the pill.

we met up at kallang mrt first.

was suppose to meet ks & hf @ 6.15 to write her a card. but i was late,

so i ended up writing the card in the toilet!!

and guess what,

i dropped the card in the toilet bowl,

in the end had to blowdry it with the hand dryer.

hahaha!

it's my first time being to this cafe, although it's within proximity to my house!

and my secondary school is just a walk away.

but this cafe wasn't there for those yrs of my sec sch.

this cafe is really girly and the decor is very sweet and cute!

i cut 1 of it into 3 slices and give it to shar, ks & hf.

and i eat one only.

i felt hungry but not much appetitie...

cramps makes my stomach feels bloated.

after dinner, we took a bus to parkway...

bought shareen a blue ribbon hairband at one of the hair shop there.

and she wore it immediately.

around 10 pm, huifen and shareen had to go home, kai sze went to meet her bf, and gabriel came to pick me up.

wanted to relax at east coast to see ppl catch toy,

but we went into action again.

caught 3 baby kitties.

now i have the full collection of the 4 kitties in pink, blue, red and purple!

#10 Failing to Write Thank-you notes

i was entirely grossed out at lunch today.

my intestines tangle at the thought and sight of it

i can't help but shudder.

i may even get a nightmare coz of that.

anyway, i got my results today.

was quite disappointed with it.

for futures&options subject, i was v confident to get a high distinction, but in the end i only score a distinction and the marks is in the low range of dist. how can it be?? i really wonder what went wrong.

at least i still gotten 2 high dist and 2 dist..

for the 3 years of my course i had 24 modules.

in total i scored 12 high dist, 10 dist, and 2 credits.

but if only i dint skip lectures, if only i studied harder, if only i dint get distracted over many stuffs, i could have done better.

anyway at the end of the day, i ask myself, does the results really matter?

do employers bother about how low or high one score, or is it simply just the cert that matters?

as from now.... i will never experience a life of a student again.

sometimes, i really wish to be a student forever.

the working world seems to be a harsh, cold and scary place.

what i'm feeling now is so unfamiliar, somewhat illogical.

i can't make sense of this peculiar emotion.

i'm plunging into a state of dysphoria.

i think its a sign of yet another pms.

it 3.30 am now.

i'm going to force myself to sleep.

wah lao eh i really can't take it mann.

#9 Having Poor writting and spelling skills

Today wake up at 10.45 am as i gotta meet an insurance agent called moon, from prudential.

i have been approached by at least 15 agents before wanting to recruit me.

but i never meet them and usually turn them down.

moon is the 2nd person whom i agreed to meet up with.

moon brought her manager along as well.

they brought me to the intercontinental hotel and i had cheese cake and a watermelon&honey dew juice.

the cake cost $7 a slice and the juice is freaking made of gold ! it cost $13.

it feels quite awkward actually coz i was wearing sandals and they insisted on bringing me there to eat, when i dint want to.

furthermore, moon sitting on my right, and her manager sitting on my left, and they started asking me questions ( the usual thing that sales ppl will do), finding out about ur private life bit by bit...

i was feeling abit bloated this afternoon, maybe caused by slight intimidation.

after that, the manager drove her mini couper and brought me to the office to take a look, while filling me in more details about the job.

they offer $2500 as basic and have to close $600 worth of policy a month.

thinking about it, i dont' think it that difficult.

but i really have no interest in it

i feel that job satisfaction is equally important, though the $2500 to me is attractive.(FOR NOW), especially the dollars and cents in my bank is dissipating.

moon passed me a book also, as she is one of the author.

it retailing in bookstores at $19.90. i got it free :)

the title is 7 apples of PTO.

i read the book halfway already.

the organisation i was introduced to was peter tan's organisation of prudential,

according to them, PTO is the top prudential organisation.

is that true?

my daddy says he heard of Peter Tan before as he wrote other books and appeared in newspaper as well.

anyway,

after talking to my parents about it, they do not encourage me of getting into this insurance line,

gabriel also against the idea (but for selfish reasons) coz he don't want me to meet new ppl as in this line, i gotta do roadshows and approach ppl on the street.

he dont' wan me to be exposed to crowd and fear that some guy will take me away, and he will be left a lonely and sad man .

so bad hor.

haix...

i want a job.

i know i'm not putting in the effort to find.

i just want $2500 i'm happy for now...

i did not know about this point till i read the book... so when i get a job next time, i will not reveal anything about it here in my blog!

lucky thing i read this book :)

yesterday evening, kelly came to mrt near my house to meet me as she have some problems.

gave her some advice, but can't do much also coz i never really been in the same situation as her...

shall not say what is it here..

but hope she is feeling better.

quite happy that she called me out and she say i'm the only one she tell this about.

it quite amazing coz we went out around 5 times before only, and got to know her from online when she became my student when i was teaching japanese for a while.

but after that we became friends!

hahaha.

after that went to 313 with gabriel, wanted to eat there at first. but in the end gabriel buy one of the shirt he wanted to buy the other time, and i felt v sleepy, dint really have the mood to be in town. so off we went away from the crowd to a more peaceful place.

wanted to eat at astons near my house, but they were closed already.

we had a v late dinner at 11 pm...

ate at hong kong cafe near my house also.

only a 5 min drive :)

the cafe is 24 hours, so it a good place for supper.

we played scrabble while eating.

each full game takes us about 1.5 hours to complete.

and we had a exciting game coz his phone batt was depleting, and had to rush the game.

in the end i won him again! by 2 points..

but he always slow coach lor...

take so long for his turn, n i'm so impatient waiting for him to finish his turn.

AngRY!!!!!!

how do i get back to track and sleep at right hours!!!

what else can i do when my biological rhythms get thrown out of whack?

its so frustrating when i toss and turn n can't get to sleep.

i have to get up and read a book till i feel sleepy...

and finally fall asleep at only 6 am.

suki sushi is only 5 mins away from my house! today is a lazy day for me. went out without fake lashes.

i was hungry from yesterday 4 am... talked on the phone with gabriel. quite angry lor yesterday when speaking with him. keep quarreling over the word 'visualise', talk quite loud until my father start knocking on my door. talk so much until so hungry.

that why today is buffet day.

this is NOT all we had.

we buffet practically from 130 pm to 530 pm. 4 hours!

at first we were so starving that we gobble the food. until about 240 we all felt full already. so we stop eating for a while then start again at 3 pm. after eat a few mouthful, still full. end up play game for nearly an hour.

we compete with each other SCRAMBLE, and i won him all the times. after that we play SCRABBLE, and we draw! i think SCRABBLE is more fun then SCRAMBLE!

but right now i don't have it in my phone :(

anyway, altogether we had 8 plates of sushi, 1 plate asparagus bacon, 2 chawan mushi, 3 pots of yasai miso soup, 3 plates salmon sashimi, 1 serving ni hotate sashimi, 1 serving tai sashimi, 1 serving nama-ebi sashimi, 1 plate fried shisamo, 1 plate hana lobster sushi, 1 piece red bean dorayaki, 1 plate of fruits (honeydew) and 1 plate chuka hotate, 1 strawberry pudding, 1 mango pudding, 1 vanilla ice cream, 1 strawberry ice cream, 2 cups blackcurrent juice, 1 cup peach tea, and 2 cups hot green tea!

wonderful!

i realise we've been eating japanese buffet once a month lor.

he is getting fatter and tummy is bigger n bigger.

but me, i can afford to eat.

so lucky to get the skinny genes.

this is one of the few tube dress that can fit me and won't drop down halfway.

roti prata here i come

i'm back home. super duper tired. coz last night i slept at 6 am again. i really can't sleep early anymore unless i go out. going out can be really tiring especially if i hit town.

first stop to parkway to help my parents settle some thing, and next to simlim as gabriel had to help his mum to settle camera battery.

had craving for roti prata yesterday coz i think it been more than 1 or 2 years never eat it le. so today gabriel brought me out to bukit timah for roti prata. had cheese with mushroom prata, egg prata, and mutton murtabak. and we had yam milkshake too.

don't see the prata like that like very little. we both eat until vv full! at first when the prata came, we both fighting to eat the prata... haha but after that we start giving each other eat. and somemore we both had lunch at home, and eating the prata at 5 pm!

truthfully, the prata is not very nice. just nornal only. the last time i ate was at lau pa sat which was years back, the prata was awesome. definitely much tastier, and the cheese is thicker, and there more ingredient.

this one i will only rate like 5/10.

too bad, the lau pa sat one think the stall shifted some where else le.

but good thing, the yam milkshake save the day.

i enjoyed every bit of it. there is still a scoop of ice-cream on top. $3.50 for a cup.

the prata + milk shake total cost $12

after eat full full, we went to 313. time passes very fast when shopping. it like we visit only about 4 shops, then 2 hours passed. i only remember stepping into uniqlo, cotton on, forever 21, and another guy's clothes shop..

first time i try on a purple shades!

i like this green dress (the tone of green is much nicer in real, iphone can't capture the colour nicely).

$55 leh. must think twice. although he wanted to buy for me, but shop also must shop wisely right...so didn't get it in the end. at least still have photo for me to see.

haha.

had a late dinner...he bought 6 piece sushi, and a bowl of yong tao fu soup without rice or noodle.

after that east coast AGAIN!

as usual, toy catching activity. and we caught a small kitty.

cute thing comes in small size.

this time our luck not so good. spend $13 to catch this...

after toy catching, we had ice cream at mac and play scramble on iphone. we played the 2 player one, and both time my score beat his.

YAY!

we are both so sleepy.

#1 Treating the Office like it's your Love Shack

i'm home at 12 am and just finish bathing.

suppose to get my laptop repaired today, but the service centre closes at 5.15. and it's at jurong.

can't rush in time coz gabriel had graduation today.

by the time he come to fetch me, it already 4.20. and i haven really prepare finish, so step out of house at 4.45 which is impossible to reach jurong in time.

ended up watching movie at cathay - THE LOSERS.

he enjoyed the show quite alot. but for me, i think the front part still ok, then towards the last 30 min, i don't dare to watch anymore. i have super low tolerance for violent show, and bloody scene. those gun shot sound really terrify me a whole lot. so in the end i did not catch the nitty gritty.

even for ip man, when twister start boxing the guy up, i was grossed out.

just can't bear to watch those blood dripping down skin and flesh.

even till now, some of the gruesome parts is still replaying in my mind like a record player.

especially at night, when fearsome scenes come charging in like brave knights mounting on horses in unison, all the candy sweet dreams which i ought to and deserve to have for being a good girl, dissipate like mist being carried away by the soft night breeze.

before the movie, we had junk food for dinner. he actually wanted to bring me for some japanese food.

in the end, i had craving to go junkie today.

first, we went to carefour to buy a packet of honey baked ham. and we walked around plaza sing eating the ham, and some ppl really look at us and smiling to themselves.

haha.

after that we walked over to cathay and buy crackers and chocolate.

when we found a seat at the basement, i couldn't wait to rip the packet apart to wolf down the crackers!

that why all the pics taken are packets already torn or opened.

there's also chocolate, but forgot to take a pic of it.

i like the chocolate chip cookie the best. it's very slightly bitter with lots of sweetness.

as for the honey dijon potato chip, it damn salty i tell u!

plus the cheddar cheese also very salty!

my kidney is going to suffer for a while.

i swear i gonna drink 3 big cups of water before i go to sleep.

btw all the food above is bought from the carefour sales at cathay outside the movie ticket area.

as for our 2nd part of dinner, it was sushi from carefour also.

i really love hotake scallop!

the movie was at 930 pm, so had 3 hours to walk around, went daiso again. bought black scrunchie for future interview, and super short and look very natural fake lashes. my mascara application skill is very bad and it turn out clumpy and messy. so fake lashes is the best solution for me. i am v pro at putting on those lashes. takes me only 1 min to put on both side! fast right!

not like mascara must kiap eyelash, then put one coat mascara, then kiap again, then put 2nd coat mascara, and kiap one more time. so troublesome! end up i clip my own eyelid lor. -_-

is this dress nice? i like the floral and pink combination.

it $29.90.. i really wanted to buy it but gabriel keep telling me to save money coz i have so many clothes already.

but i like it i like it how???

daiso's ocha is darn refreshing and thirst quenching. i love the bitterness down my throat.

hahaha!

tommorrow morning i am determined to wake up at 9 am and break my die-hard habits of waking up at lunch hours.

my resume is only half done, and i've been working on it really ~~industriously~~ for 4 days already.

and it really sux without my laptop. it is even more terrible when my data is not backup and i have to redo everything again.

gabriel is the best la! he just came at 1 am just to pass me his laptop when mine just broke down. the screen went blank suddenly and i did not use my laptop for 3 days already.

whenever i need help he will by hook or by crook find ways to come to my rescue.

when i'm hungry he will bring food for me, when my clothes have a hole, he will sew for me.

when my shoes spoil he will bring to the cobbler to repair for me.
he help me wipe my feet when it's dirty, he scratch my back when it's itchy, he massage me when i have backpain.

and when i'm angry at his slightest mistake (he being late), he will buy thing for me, as long the thing i want is within his means.

when shop online, he's always the one help me make payments as i don't know how to ibank.

sometimes when i don't return him money he also never ever be calculative with me.

when i flare up or mood swing, and sometimes violent to him (like push him, beat him, scratch him...) but he never ever once be violent back to me.

for this 2 years, what i want or whenever i whine a little he will give me or give in to me.

he been taking vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv good care of me.

to the extreme no one has done so much for me before.

most of all, he is the one who don't mind at all my super plain no-make up face. Even when i putting face mask on half of my face, being so horribly ugly, he still will tell me that i'm very pretty.

but what have i done for him?

actually nothing much at all.
even when he ask me to attend his prom and graduation,
i only give him a big NO.
I know he feels disappointed if i don't attend, but i just dont' feel like going.

all i've done is by spending most of my time going out with him, and entertaining him with funny voices and playing soft toy with him.
haha.

i know u love me alot!

woke up very late at 230 pm in the afternoon.

went to parkway with parents as they wanted to buy a portable aircon.

in the end they bought 2 tower fans, coz our rooms have iron grills, sothe model that they wanted to buy cannot be install in our house.

gabriel fetch us there n fetch them back.

after that went to marine parade library to borrow some books.

had mango milkshake from the cafe at the library.

after reading n drinking for about 45 min, i felt very cold, so no choice gotta leave, though i intend to stay there longer.

it's very relaxing over there, away from the hustle and bustle of town.

in the end went to kallang leisure park.

i had a headache after napping in the car coz gabriel switch off the engine and dint wind down the window.

it was so stuffy la!

all thanks to him i had to eat panadol again.

anyway, kallang leisure park really nothing much.

the shops all not nice...

but there 2 japanese restaurant which i wanna try soon.

and they have kbox, bowling, arcade, cinema...

but why no pool ??!!

anyway, bought seaweed from the korean shop there.

the same type that someone gave to me.

it was v nice, so i recommend gabriel to try it.

first time eat seaweed until finger so oily.

ya.. it has a layer of oil, but it's tastier then those bought from supermarket.

after walking around for 1 hour, really bored...

then headed to astons specialty near my house!

and IT IS NOT those astonS in coffeshop or food court type.

he ordered double-up chicken and grill fish with herbs.

i ate almost all the fish, coz it's so delicious.

and i ate my serving of garden vegie and stole 3/4 of his as well.

the 2 other side dish we order were potato salad and onion rings.

i don't really like onion rings, i only had 2 pieces then i shoved it all to him.

the potato salad is my fav!

it's by far one of the yummiest potato salad i've eaten.

maybe coz i try v few potato salad before. haha. so may not be a fair judgement.

although the dinner was great, but it could have been better without my head pounding.

so happy there's an astons near my house!!!

dohby gaut always have a long queue.

now i can eat it anytime i want, it just only a 5 min drive away.

hehehe!

it's getting unbecoming of me to be sleeping nearly 1/2 of the day almost everyday. For the past 2 weeks, i have been turning in at 5-6 am, and waking up at 11.30 am to have lunch, and then go back to sleep again (straight away), until 3 to 5 in the afternoon.

i just drank a can of pokka milk coffee (the last can i have that gabriel stocked up for me for exams).

the effects of caffeine is pretty drastic to me.

right now ima trying hard to will my pounding heart to still.

i can't forget the shivers and chills i've been experiencing during the mugging days when i down 2 servings of caffeine.

it functions like nicotine, thankfully i'm not addicted to it.

yesterday afternoon, kaisze called me to meet her. she faked MC to get away from work... haha.

went to bugis to meet her.

she is quitting her job soon coz she can't stand the politics in her company.

she says old staff always find newcomers a threat. they are afraid that the newcomers will one day rise up in position to replace them. i think it's quite true, and it's something i never thought about before.

it kind of give me some mental preparation like how to counter & prevent them from finding me a threat when i go out to work. (i.e putting down other's defence mechanism against me) haha.

hmm... i should read some good books on how to maintain amiable relationships with colleagues (of course not to the extent of being sycophant or overly obsequious);

i don't wanna fall prey to backstabbers next time. i surely cannot win them one.

at bugis, we wanted to have satay hotdog, but it's sold out. ate the black pepper one instead.

i don't really like black pepper sausage. it's too hot, other then spiciness, there no special flavouring to it.

anyway, i bought a cloth bag for my sister. i like the bag too.

i almost wanted to keep it for myself, but i still give it to her in the end.

i only buy her presents on her birthday, and this is the first time i bought her stuff at random.

so proud of myself for being a nice sis. lol.

she like the bag and i can somehow sense she is quite touched although she dint say anything.

but she made a simple 'thank you' card for me.

random thoughts ......in the past i'm always angry with her for sneaking into my room and stealing my clothes. i'm not talking about 1 or 2 piece, but hundreds of dollars worth of clothes n shoes that she steal (and i never get to see the clothes again),

i held a grudge against her for months....... but.... gradually, perhaps i've grown more sensible with age, the 'hatred' began to dissolve. and now sometimes, though i still think about what she did to me... but i no longer have hard feelings anymore.

it like the older i become, the more i start to treasure family ties, and the lesser i'm talking back to my parents, instead i put in more effort to care for them.

indeed, i see myself change for the better.

today i bought a black radar vest and a checkered shirt. i seen many checkered shirts but i never buy them coz i'm quite fussy about the colour combinations.

this the 2nd checkered shirt i have :)

and kaisze bought a pink top for herself.

this is the black vest that i got... looks like a long shrug.

kaisze had to go home for dinner... so gabriel came to bugis to meet me.

after dinner and some window shopping,

headed to east coast again!

it our favourite hangout currently.

we initially just wanted to see ppl catch toy...

but in the end, we succumbed to temptation again.

this time it a different kind of machine with different claw.

usually we will catch toy using the 3 claw thingie...

but those with 2 claw one is used to push the toy in the hole coz it has no strength to lift the toy up at all.

before that, we saw the 2 guys playing and they spent $40 over dollars but still can't get it.

we spent only $14!! and now we've got a big stitch.

initially,after spending $13, he wanted to give up already, but coz he saw those beady pleading eyes of mine signalling the desire i wanted the toy plus me urging him to try again, he relented.

and........... we got it!!!!!!

i literally screamed and jumped on the spot la!

today is papa's birthday!

had a mini lunch celebration for papa yesterday.

it been quite some time since we all had a meal outside together.

halfway through the meal, realise forgot to snap a pic..

we had brocolli with black mushroom, beef kailan, fish with ginger and spring onion, claypot tofu with seafood, and sambal prawns.

the beef is really tender and mouth watering. even mummy agrees too!

brocolli and baby kai lan is two of my favourite veges!

papa is not a fussy eater. although this celebration is meant for him, it was mummy, me and sis who chose all the food.

haha.

after the meal, gabriel came to pick us and drove my parents to joo chiat as my mother wanted to buy some stuff from ntuc.

i have 2 big doramon pillow which we caught yesterday for $1 each at east coast!

the guy who work there can't believe it.

we even help another guy to catch this pillow coz he tried quite a few times and still can't get it.

after gabriel fetch my parents home, we set off to shop for a wallet for my dad.

i v sleepy esp when the sun is so bright, so i took a nap in the car.

i have a big pillow in the car so i can sleep comfortably!

bought a renoma wallet that cost $86 for papa....took like 1 hour plus, near 2 hours just to choose a wallet.

in the end trouble the sales man to take out so many wallets from the shelf.

i wanted to get one that is black in colour, has a good texture, good material, a coin compartment, but at the same time cannot be too bulky.

and my father likes it! hehe :)

i also bought a working black skirt and a casual black blazar.

now i've got my set of clothes for interview.... but i'm still lazy to look for a job.

i still haven relax enough leh.

it been 11 days since my exams ended already.

maybe tmr i should really start preparing my resume.

had lunch at ichiban sushi at plaza sing.

my set meal!

it consists of rice with few piece of terriyaki chicken, chawanmushi, vegetable with scallop soup, 2 piece of watermelon and 4 slices of salmon sashimi.

i was starving so badly, i keep scolding gabriel whenever he talk to me.

but when the food come, i suddenly become happy already!

a hungry lady is an angry lady.

he had hotplate black peper beef.

the beef is nice!

i like to eat beef alot... so most of the beef i will say is nice :)

after that, shop around at plaza sing, and then watched a movie 'Away we go'.

the movie is not nice and funny at all!!!!

i practically can't get any jokes.

don't know why there still ppl laughing in the cinema.

we left halfway through the movie coz i really can't stand it.

too boring and slow.

not only that, the girl beside me keep laughing and her shoulder will vibrate each time she laugh.

so irritating.

and behind me, another irritating girl kept kicking my seat.

don't know what's wrong with them!

btw, i haven watched iron man 2 until now.

i dint even watch iron man 1 yet...

all the tickets for show sells out like hotcakes on weekends, until we had to settle for such a lousy movie.

at night, had dinner at east coast hong kong cafe.

i like going to east coast.

it's a very relaxing place to eat and especially my favourite hangout is the catch toy area.

hahaha!

many ppl have been looking at my shoes.

i think it's quite nice right?

it's my only and first pair of such type of shoes.

i normally prefer to wear slippers out.

especially when i'm feeling lazy i will just wear the $5 fake havannas i bought from east coast.

i have many heels at home, but i don't wear them out for 2 reasons.

1) my feet will hurt

2) i shall not reveal.

the world is severely ill.

i wonder when is the time when all are perished from this earth.

btw, weekday parking rates at plaza sing carpark very cheap!

free for the 1st hour, and we parked about 5 hour plus, only $3.15.

compared to parking at raffles place carpark (near lao pa sat) for 1 hour 15 min = $6.

8 may 2010 (saturday)

i was sleeping and awoken by many phone calls by gabriel at 1230 pm.

he had a last min lobang for work which pays $10 per hour.

so he called me to ask whether he shld work.

i agreed and crawled out of bed to bathe and prepare to accompany him work at 2 pm.

had cramps that day lor but i so nice sit one side and pei him work.

his job was to go around video families and asking the child a simple question of why he/she love his/her dad.

it's a campaign on 'Dads for Life'.

on the way to vivo,

this is the place he was stationed to work.

my favourite pair of sandals!

after he ended work at 6 pm, shop at vivo,

and there's seriously alot of shops there!

last time, it seems like vivo is more empty,

now it is so crowded!

bought lots of cute stuff from daiso, and a pair of black heels from mitju for my future job interview.

saw a pink polka dot dress that is so sweet and nice but cost $60.

didn't buy it in the end.

6 may 2010 (thursday)

it was my last day of exams of the very last semester.

no more double dosage of coffee and tea, no more mugging during the quiet nights, no more heart pulpitating so wildly.

and right now, my major task is to adjust back my body clock and resume normal life (sleeping at proper hours).

it feels so different now! i can blogshop without feeling guilt-stricken, i can play games and watch tv without eyes pinning on the clock all the time. most of all, i finally smelt town after a month stuck at home.

trained to cine to watch ip man 2 with germaine, ivan, raymond and jack.

after that we hang around at ion burger king as ivan wanted to eat.

next time we will get very little chance to talk like that, everyone will be busy with their work life.

after that shop around with germaine, while the guys went to zara.

when ivan left, we went to get shopping voucher for him as belated birthday present for him to buy working clothes.

then i left to meet gabriel.

finally have a new camera that gabriel bought!

it's the camera i've always wanted.

damn happy.

keep forgetting to off flash coz iphone dont' have this problem.

i was feeling so sleepy for the whole day as i slept for 1 and a half hour only and woke at 6 am to revise for exam at 10 am.

i felt so giddy while walking around.

but still i 'bu she de' go home, u know like finally i get to go out leh! no matter how tired, also want to play something.

so decided to go parkway to play pool.

on the way in the car..... u can see my eyes are so tired already.

it whole day only know how to listen to music with it's large green earphone.

it because of my kind deed i got this doramon home.

one fine evening, when me and gabriel was catching toys at east coast, we saw one malay girl trying to catch the big doramon, which i have 3 of it at home already.

but after trying quite a few times to catch, she and her bf still can't catch it.

so i tell gabriel that i wan to catch one for her.

so we took turns to try catch it, and finally after spending about $7 ( $1 for 1 try), we got it!!

so i chose the pink one, and went to find her and give it to her.

she was very happy and shocked!

and her bf thank us by giving us one of the 3 baby doramons he caught.

and this is really so cute right??

haha!

anyway, we played pool for 1 hour plus, and the rates there are very very cheap.

only $5 per hour, and if u are student, it's only $4.50 per hour!

is there any place cheaper than there?

i doubt so!

my body is aching all over from the wierd hours i sleep.

it's 4.58 am and i'm awake, not studying but shopping online.

and i just send all the invoices to gabriel coz i don't know how to ibank.

it's a good thing actually, if not i'll buy even more than now.

today had test at 8.30 am. i woke up at 6 am, and i slept at 4 am.

after sch, went tampines with yvonne and ivan, n had lunch at ajisen.

spicy ramen is really 'got kick' lor!

now my stomach is still abit uncomfortable from the spiciness.

i just woke up from a 2 hour nap.

hey yo!

i'm now working on my project and the time is like 1.32 am.

just finish 2 tests, one yesterday and one a week ago.

have one more test this coming monday (5 april) & another on tuesday and project date line on wednesday!

all so close the dates.

i'm really drained out from the mugging.

the weather is turning hot cold hot cold.

i hate it when it's raining and my umbrella is spoilt.

one day i went out of house going to sch, and the rain was quite heavy.

i brought out an umbrella n turned out it's rusty so i can't even open,

in the end smeared my hands with the smellydirtyyuckybrownrust, make my hand smell so metal.

i was late for sch already so dint want to rush up to my house again to change umbrella.

so no choice lor. must brave the rain.

then spent like 10 mins at the mrt toilet and wash myself up.

i wasted like 10 metres of toilet paper.

keep pulling n pulling, wiping my hands, my hair, my bag, my feet & slippers.

and i look so unglam lor. wth.

recently my mood quite bad.

feel my body is so tired. the energy is vanishing away from me.

i have been drinking coffee almost everyday, though i quite dislike the taste.

i only like starbucks or coffee bean that kind of got class type of coffee.

lol.

actually my father always say is very stupid to buy coffee from starbucks etc..

coz it costs 10 times less at coffeeshops!

but ya...

generation change!

so he won't understand why it more shiock to drink ice blend coffee with loads n loads of whip cream!

i only like some of their bread for ex the blueberry cheese.
i love cheese alot, so i normally go for bread with cheese. the more the merrier!! hehe :)

i actually had breakfast before that, and this is my 2nd round of breakfast!

he was very hungry but can't eat coz he need to drive.
so only when he park car and on the way walk to library then he can eat.
haha.

if i eat it, i will not eat all the flour outside.

say good bye to my black hair! just dyed my hair today. i finally ceased the battle in my mind of whether or not to have my hair coloured.... this time round i chose a dark shade of brown so i won't appear ah lian, as my friends have been telling me i should not dye my hair coz i will look ah lian! But i'm so sick of black hair and feeling stress over studies now esp the project. each time i tell myself to do it good n once for all, but whenever i switch on my com, my fingers auto type those blogshops url and start shopping, but this time round i controlled myself from buying. and there's once want to research on my project, in the end go read up those jack neo's flings and scandals. arhhh!!! i'm so stressed. but i can't seem to rid the lazy bones in me. the 2 months break last yr and the 2 weeks cny break really made me very nua and moodless.

it's my last sem now, and in 2-3 months time, i'll start working officially. There's some kind of mixed feelings. i look forward to that yet dread it. Life is never good with work and studies.

oh and my mummy did not notice i dyed my hair! i told my daddy not to tell her until she realise it herself else i'll get a huge lashing from her. (i even playfully threatened that if he tell her, i will also tell mummy he drink coffee every middle of the night, coz he drink too much coffee and mummy will angry coz it's not good for health.)

i purposely tie my hair using a red rubber band (coz if i use a black rubber band, it will have a greater contrast to my dark brown hair), and i wore a pink hairband during dinner to cover part of my hair.

What is the difference between study and learn?

i love learning new things. in fact i love learning.

i admit sometimes i like to read my sch notes, i find it interesting.

but when tests n project comes into the picture,

i totally loathe it. :(

i'm feeling very frustrated and vexed now.

was not feeling well today... felt giddy and headache..

nevertheless, i can't possibly let a saturday go to waste like that...

i don't mind staying home during the weekdays spending some time for myself, doing my own stuffs, but not for the weekends!

went to bugis to shop, bought eyelash, 3 dresses, and one bling bling black waist belt...

and bought another 3 dresses online...

argghh... regardless of how many times i remind myself to curb my spending, it ends up fruitless..

swipping the atm card is just simply seemingly effortless that whenever i check my bank account, i will be shocked at how the numerals decline so rapidly!

but then again, without some retail rejuvenation, i rather not live...

haha.. i must be kidding.

without shopping & clothes, there is still good food to look forward to in life!

the first cup we took was berries, cookies and cream , and green tea...

after he bought it, he queued up to draw money,

and i finished almost the whole cup!

like black sesame, nai cha(milk tea) flavour and chocolate mint.

at first i see the black sesame grey colour look very like those road cement... disgusted by it, so i never ever want to try that, but if forever don't try won't know the taste right?

the nai cha is brown brown colour like mud... also look gross..

that why most of the time i eat ice cream i will choose berries flavour or strawberry, coz it's pink colour!

i also like mango ice cream, although yellow is not my favourite colour.

after trying it, i think i will still stick to my berries flavour. i won't choose black sesame or nai cha again.

so for dinner, we went to east coast hong kong cafe express.

initially we wanted jap food, but when we flip flip the menu, turn here turn there only got 4 page, and all the sashimi kind, so pricey somemore... and nothing much enticing...

plus this sat we going for our jap buffet for unlimited flow of sashimi!

i have a mosquito bite now on my hand. i typing and my hand is like moving, the mosquito still dare to bite me huh!!

woke up at 6.30 am for work...

the night before slept at 4.45 am play scramble on my phone.

less than 2 hours of sleep and i had to work somemore..

was feeling so sleepy, and nora could feel i got no mood to work.

i purposely wear my thick thick eyelash to work coz i thought it can make me look not so sleepy...

who knows make me more sleepy only, coz it's think and got some weight... heavy for my eye.

i thought 4 hours will pass very fast, but it crawls actually...

keep on counting down for work to end..

i tried to waste some time going toilet and taking some pics...

i was bored and sleepy.

i was very hungry and cold and tired... just like the little match stick girl..

and nora saved me by giving me food to eat!

i had alot of the fish ball cracker, one mango sweet and half a banana cake at work.

went to true spa at taka for a massage session with kai sze.

its the first time i went for a professional massage!

the 'aunty' kept asking me whether i feel pain or not, coz i'm so bony she's afraid she use too much force.

after the 30 mins session..

the bed that i lay on... i had to take off all my top, felt a little pai seh, but of course i was left alone to strip first and then cover myself with a towel before the lady came in.

had to stick my face into this hole.

after change back my clothes.

truthfully, the massage wasn't very very shiock..

didn't get the WOW feeling.

maybe she did not apply enough strength..

but the music was light and relaxing...

i came out first, coz i started first, while waiting for kaisze to finish, they serve me with watermelon and green tea. OR was it chinese tea?

i can't really tell the taste too.

after that, we went to 313 and the first place i was so eager to head to was forever 21.

i kept on wanting to go there, but always have circumstances that forbid me to go,

so finally, i had my fill of it.

i bought one dress. (black inner layer with bronze flower lace overlay).

in the end not many clothes that caught my eye also.

in the changing room..

while shopping, waited for gabriel to come pick me.

had to help him rush his project coz the date due is the very next day and it's like 40% of his module.

damn last min.

he reached just in time,

i was about to buy some food,

in the end is he buy for me.

hahaha.

and he also bought for us maggie moo ice cream to try.

can't even see the ice cream inside, coz we chose vanilla (which is actually their ice cream base for all the ice cream they have). we also had coffee flavour (their popular flavour but i find it very bitter!)

after that, walked around uniqlo for a while, and i spotted a nice formal shirt for him.

but he never buy in the end.

he is totally opposite from me.

very prudent in choosing clothes and a non-impulsive shopper.

but when he spend money on food or on ME....

he's very impulsive!!!

wahahah.

when it was around 9 pm, head to his house to chiong his project..

in the end both of us did not have proper dinner at all..

only some cambell soup, which tasted powdery.

did the project till around 3 am...

then he sent me home.

i have few relatives, so only visited 1 house for my side -- my mother's side aunt and uncle gathered at the central grove (grandma's house) for our renion dinner.

cny to me usually nothing special, but this year, visited quite alot of places like gabriel's family, his relatives & friends too.

p.s. i never had a single cny deco in my house before coz my family are the non-traditional type of chinese...

i'm so lazy to type out the details. but anyway, on day 2, we visited one of gabriel's distant relative who is the axe oil boss....

the house is just.... beyond discription.

there are loads of medals and art paintings in the house...

and the boss' wife is an artist she did many many paintings!

all were just awesome.

it's a jaguar!

and there are 5 luxurious cars in the porch...

they have 2 maids.

there's reflection of the swimming pool behind...

3rd day (tues)

went to gabriel's friend (yongsheng's house) for card games.

there were other's there too, like zhun jian, ys's sis, zhi kai, huan hong, a guy in black and another girl, which i dont' know their name.

ask gabriel he also don't know coz first time see them.

i lost $20, and he won around $30.

but he give me back the $20 that i lost.

heheh.

at first i still quite scared of it coz it's bark is quite loud and sharp!

it's name is snowball.

after all the gambling, head to cck lot one for dinner...

as it was already late and no other cafe/food court open, we had to settle for kfc.

before that, gab buy for me a hello kitty folder.
